… Our Approach to Project Management …
We organize our workflow with a structured, four-phase approach which allows us to quickly gather detailed & well rounded information resulting in a rapid and efficient execution.
Discovery:
It is our goal to make sure all parties involved understand every aspect of the project at hand. What materials and time it takes, what roles need to be involved, how much it costs. We use this time to build a detailed proposal often inclusive of: timeline building, location scouting, feasibility studies, permitting, initial partnership outreach & feedback, logistical studies & holds, roles & responsibilities, initial site layouts, ROM budgeting.
Pre-Production:
When a project is agreed to move past discovery we transition into a continuation of working through the project and fine tuning the production process. Site Visits, Hiring and engaging core staff, production designs & site maps against creative, procuring and awarding vendor contracts, fabrication, solidifying travel & accommodations, equipment prep & programming, timeline & budget updates throughout the process.
Production:
On site processes & full execution of the project: install, program, test, soft openings, fully live, removal, location restoration & handback.
Debriefing & Reconciliation:
Full project updates & studies handed back to client: as-built photos, site maps, technical drawings, storage plans, project analysis: what worked, suggested areas of improvement.
